I found that every time when Registry Healer scans the same registry key it causes system to reboot. What is the problem?

It seems that the registry has a problem in that key - you system reboots on every attempt to open this key. This is not good and you can try to fix this.

·If your system is Windows® 98/ME click the Start Menu button, Run.. command and type in the box "scanreg.exe /fix" (without quotes). This will run Microsoft registry checking utility.  
·In later Windows® these errors can be eliminated only by restoring registry files from a previous backup. Microsoft provides System Backup & Restore utilities for this purpose within standard system installation.  

Registry Healer can skip a problem registry key while checking the registry.
Simply add a key name into all of the exclusion lists.
